Overview

Practice mindfulness with our self-guided walk that begins near our Goldfish pond, the Forget-Me-Not and concludes in our Rose Garden. There are 12 designated pause points at the painted mandalas. Use our prompts to help you pause, notice, reflect, and ground yourself in nature.

It's the perfect time to quiet your mind. Put aside your to-do lists and commitments. Silence your phone and tuck it away. Bring your full attention to the present moment. Take a slow comfortable inhale, breathing deeply. Pause and fully exhale. On the walk, notice the physical path. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Feel the connection that you with the soil, stones, and grass. Explore the relaxed pace, no need to hurry. Check in with all of your senses. What can you see, hear, touch, and smell?
