Lost Island Waterpark & Themepark Fully Opens!
Summer weather is officially here! Lost Island has quite a few events to look forward to.

My Waterloo Days Special
Come to Lost Island during the day, attend the My Waterloo Days festivities at night! Themepark admission is buy 2 at normal gate price, get 1 free. The waterpark's gate admission will be $34.

Fire Runner 5k
This race takes you to the relaxing vibes of Lost Island Waterpark, as you drift around the lazy river (on the sidewalk of course!) and back to the high thrill vibes of Lost Island Themepark. Here you will snake your way through Tamariki, Udara, Awa, Yuta, and ending in Mura at Fire Runner.

My Waterloo Days
This multi-day celebration brings the community together for incredible live music, family activities, a vibrant parade, and local food vendors. It is the ultimate way to kick off the summer season with your neighbors.
Thursday night kicks off at 6:00 PM at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre with a free family movie night screening The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants. Friday features the iconic My Waterloo Days Parade at 6:00 PM, followed by a performances by Michael Brown & David "The SaxMan" Duo at 7:00 PM and legendary group The Commodores at 9:00 PM and a massive fireworks show at 10:00 PM.
Saturday includes a daytime Block Party, Car Show, and a packed evening main stage lineup featuring The Feel Right Band (6:00 PM), hip-hop artist Murphy Lee (8:00 PM), and R&B headliner Mario (10:00 PM).

Ballet Des Moines Summer Tour
Experience world-class dance right here on the riverfront. Ballet Des Moines brings its stunning summer tour to Waterloo, making elite fine arts accessible to the public for free. Before the main performance, local families can enjoy hands-on learning stations that combine science and dance concepts. The main event features a lineup of breathtaking contemporary and classical ballets performed live on the outdoor stage.

Waterloo’s favorite outdoor after-work party returns to Lincoln Park. Unwind from the work week with live music from Southern Express, the Midwest’s premier tribute to the icons of Southern Rock.
