Waterloo Center for the Arts features galleries that showcase traveling exhibits, an impressive collection of Midwest, American Decorative and Folk Art, and the largest public collection of Haitian art in the world. Waterloo Center for the Arts is also home to the Phelps Youth Pavilion and Laughing Tree Café.
