Join the fun at Waterloo Center for the Arts’ summer outdoor concert series and Cinema on the Cedar movie nights. Held at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre, 225 Commercial St, along the Cedar River. The concert series and movies are free with food and beverages available for purchase. Plus, there is fun for the kids at Mark’s Park splash pad and playground, conveniently located right next to the Amphitheatre.
