FOOD Vendor Application Form
My Waterloo Days will be held Friday, June 9th and Saturday, June 10th around Lincoln Park and Anton’s Garden in Downtown Waterloo. Vendors will be open Friday from 4pm to midnight and Saturday 11am to midnight.
There are a limited number of spaces available to ensure business for all vendors and that there is a diverse offering of options. Selection of vendors is entirely at the discretion of the My Waterloo Days committee and not based on previous year’s participation nor a first come first served basis.
Vendor fees are as follows:
10’x15′ : $1,200 | 10′ x 25′ : $1,500 | 10′ x 35″ $1,800
No additional fee. No percentage of sales.
The My Waterloo Days planning committee will notify all vendors of acceptance, or denial by April 10th, 2023. If you have any questions you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Experience Waterloo office at 319-233-8350.
