How many places have you lived?

Three states, four cities.

Who is your culinary influence?

My mom. Watching her make large family dinners. She did a lot of catering and I was around that and enjoyed helping her. As I got older, I was influenced by the chefs that would come through the restaurant I worked at in Nantucket.

What do you do in your spare time?

​Relax, travel, hang out with my kids.

What are three words that describe you?

Ambitious. Humble. Outgoing.
