Yoga at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre

July 3rd @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Have a relaxing evening of yoga overlooking the Cedar River! The class is completely free and open to all levels of expertise. Classes are also offered July 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st.

Waterloo Bucks Baseball and Fireworks at Riverfront Stadium 

July 4th @ 6:35 pm

Cheer on the Bucks to victory and be dazzled by a fireworks show following the game. Can’t get enough of baseball? The Bucks will be playing all weekend on the 5th and 6th!

Mayor’s Fireworks at RiverLoop Amphitheatre & Expo Plaza

July 6th @ 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Celebrating the 4th of July fashionably late, we have food, music, and fireworks. The party starts at 6 pm with the Family Fun Zone until Dirty Muggs take the stage at 9 pm. To cap it off, fireworks begin around 10 pm.

Summer Soul Classic Parade Meet and Greet/Block Party at Sullivan Park

July 12th @ 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Drill Teams from all over the Midwest come together in fellowship and compete in drumline and dance battles. Come enjoy the food, clothing vendors, and performances before the parade on July 13th.

Waterloo Municipal Band Concert Series at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre

July 13th @ 7:30 pm

Feelin’ Sour? Iowa’s Sour Beer and Cider Festival at RiverLoop Expo Plaza

July 13th @ 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Summer Soul Classic Parade

July 13th

Lineup: 8 am / Parade: 10 am

 

Summer Soul Classic Parade kicks off at 10 am, starting at Lester and North Barclay and ending at Ferguson Field. The theme is Pinkout Carnival in honor of those who we have lost to cancer, who are battling cancer, or are in recovery. Join in the celebration and watch the best Drill Teams in the Midwest do their thing!

Fiesta! A Celebration of Latino Culture at the RiverLoop Amphitheatre

July 20th @ 10:30 am – 9:00pm

A whole day dedicated to Latino Culture wrapped up in one big party! With food, drinks, family friendly activities, performances, AND a piñata, you won’t want to mess this day of fun!

Iowa Woo Game and Tailgating w/ National Cattle Congress at The Hippodrome

July 20th

Tailgate @ 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm and game @ 7:05 pm

Eat, play, and dance at the tailgate hosted by the National Cattle Congress and cheer on the Iowa Woo!

Women’s Amatuer Classic at Sunnyside Country Club

July 22 – 24
