What to Expect
The 2026 My Waterloo Days Block Party will transform downtown Waterloo into a vibrant hub of local activity on Saturday, June 6th, from 11 AM to 3 PM. Lafayette Street will host a curated selection of makers, crafters, and retail vendors alongside community non-profits, while the Show and Shine Car Show takes over E 4th St with an impressive display of classic and custom vehicles.
Over in Lincoln Park, visitors can find the food trucks, the ferris wheel, and a variety of kids' activities, including the kids bike races. With free admission into the park from 11 AM until 3 PM, it is the perfect opportunity to explore unique goods, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the lively atmosphere at the center of the city’s festival celebrations.
Spend & Sip
Because we are closing the roads for the Block Party, normal traffic and parking will be disrupted for our local shops. On Saturday, June 6th, our local shops are staying open for our exclusive Spend & Sip event. It is the perfect opportunity to help them overcome the road closures, support your community, and score a free drink on us.
How It Works:
Spend (11:00 AM to 4:00 PM): Make an extra effort to visit any participating business during the day and make a purchase.The business will hand you a free drink voucher. Please note that individual business hours may vary, so be sure to check ahead.
Sip (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM): Head over to Lincoln Park that evening and redeem your voucher for a free drink during the My Waterloo Days celebration.
